Golay cell 探测器

Golay 探测器,(GC-1P 声光探测器)是由Golay博士于1947年首先设计提出。这种探测器可以有效地应用在不同的应用领域,因为它可以在室温工作,具有小尺寸、高灵敏度、高效率与宽光谱范围。
    GC-1P是经典的非致冷非选择性探测器。广泛地应用在IR 光源与探测器研究中,监测与控制光谱计、低温学、计量学等的红外场,测量低红外通量,包括探测15μm至6-8mm波长范围内的低能量信号(至10-5J,钠瓦)
 
  Golay cell太赫兹探测器 是一款高灵敏度、室温下应用,而且具有平稳的光学响应宽光谱探测器。每一台出厂前都经过独立标定,带上了聚乙烯窗口,另在前端可以选配厂家推荐的滤波片。
原理:Golay cell 太赫兹探测器 是一款独立使用的光能量探测器,其原理为光声变换,即太赫兹光照射到探头上的晶体,产生相应的声子振动,振动再产生热能,由热电转换器产生电信号。设备由探头[图黑色部分]和电源[图银色部分]组成。
 
功能及数据读出:
通过探头接受太赫兹波段的激光,转换为热电信号,能够高灵敏、有效的探测出其脉冲能量大小,信号可由BNC接口输出到示波器上读出。

2. Room Temperature Optoacoustic Detector GC-1T

Golay Cell is one of the most efficient detecting devices. It has excellent sensitivity at room temperature and flat optical response over a wide wavelength range.

GC-1T detectors are manufactured and individually calibrated in-house and supplied from stock. Delivery includes a detector head and a power supply unit. A mount for the filters can be supplied as an option.

Due to polyethylene window exchange to TPX one GC-1T detectors have wider operation wavelength range spreading down to visible/UV. They can be considered as good substitute to Diamond window model as TPX has higher transmittance in THz than Diamond and surely cheaper than the latter one. So GC-1T model is only slightly expensive than GC-1P detector.

Various THz optical components such as long pass filters, polyethylene polarizers as well as windows, lenses, and beamsplitters from HRFZ-Si and TPX can be supplied as a useful complement for THz applications.

GC-1D detectors are manufactured and individually calibrated in-house and supplied from stock. Delivery includes a detector head and a power supply unit. A mount for the filters can be supplied as an option.

Due to polyethylene window exchange to Diamond one, GC-1D detectors have wider operation wavelength range spreading down to visible. They are usually used when someone needs not THz and VIS ranges only but MIR also. GC-1D model is a bit more expensive than GC-1T detector.
Various THz optical components such as long pass filters, polyethylene polarizers as well as windows, lenses, and beamsplitters from HRFZ-Si and TPX can be supplied as a useful complement for THz applications.
