SLED

The modules consists of superluminescence diodes (SLD) diecooler, thermistor, single mode fiber. Temperature automatic control is achieved with external circuit.

The superluminescence diodes modules feature good output power stability, low temperature dependence, which is an ideal light source for medium and low accuracy, low cost fiber optic gyroscopes.

This SLEDs works at 850nm or 1310nm, with this configuration of 14 pins DIP or 8 pins DIP . Its output power is larger than 100uW.
