Fiber Coupled Laser diode in lower power

The LDs cover the working wavelength from 635nm, 650nm, 670nm, 850nm, 1310nm, 1490nm, 1550nm ,1625nm. 850/1310nm ,

1310/1550nm, till 1310/1490/1550nm, most of its power are ranging from less than 1mW to 10mW.

The LDs are constructed in pigtailed or receptacle on this request of customer. Except for 650nm and 850nm LDs available on MM

fiber mode, most are working on SM fiber  mode. 

The LDs are in the configuration of FP, DFB or VSCEL . In order to get wider working range and precise working wavelength , it is

better to choose CWDM LD with working range of 1270nm till 1610nm, and wavelength precision is within +/-2nm.   

For OTDR application, we can also make pulsed coaxial LD module, of which its power is more than 60mW .
