Laser Module
Lower power laser diode is working at 850nm, 1310nm, 1490nm,1550nm, 13/15nm , 1310/1490/1550nm and 1625nm. Its power is from 0.2mW to 2mW or more. It is available with fiber coupled pigtailed or receptacle.
Higher power laser diode is working at 808nm and 980nm and 1064nm. Diode-Pumped Solid-state Lasers (1064nm laser module) are ideal lasers that serve various and diverse industrial market segments. Fiber –coupled LED is working at 850nm, 1310nm, and 850/1310nm, Its max power is possible to reach 100uW , which is ideal for fiber sensor market.
SLED is working at 850nm and 1310nm, which is a useful items in making FOGs. The modules consists of superluminescence diodes (SLD) die、cooler, thermistor, single mode fiber. Temperature automatic control is achieved with external circuit.
BIDI WDM Module is a pair unit which is working at 850/1310nm or 1310/1550nm.
High Power Fiber Coupled CW Module, it works at 980nm, 830nm, 808nm, 785nm and 690nm, 670nm, 660nm, 635nm. Its packages are butterfly, Windows, HHL available.
Pulsed Fiber Laser Module,It works at 1064+/-1nm, its pulsed power is 5W,10W, 13W,20W and 50W respectively. Its single pulse energy ranges from 0.25mJ to 1mJ.
CW Fiber Laser Module, It works at 1064+/-1nm, its power ranges from 5W, 10W,20W, 30W , 50W and 100W.
