InGaAS photodidoe
The Photodiodes works ranging from 1100 to 1700nm. When its sensitive area is only 75um, it functions for Cable TV.
It is configurated in receptacle or pigtailed.
When it is for making power meter, different types of sensitive area is available, 300um, 500um, 1000um, even 1500um,2000um, 3000um and 5000um.
It is mounted with FC/SC/ST universal adapter or FC,SC, ST interchangeable adapter on request. According to different
linear range, it is divided into three items, item 1 ( -70~ + 10dBm), item 2 ( -60~ + 20dBm), item 3 ( -50 ~ + 30dBm).
Most of photodiodes with 300um or 500um are in ball-lens . Most of photodidoes with 1000um and 1500um are in flat-window.
